“It’s Only Authoritarian When You Lose” – The Letitia James Indictment & Democrat Meltdown

Democrats decry justice "weaponization" after Letitia James indictment—ignoring their own record of political lawfare under Biden.

They called it justice when they did it. Now they call it fascism.

October 9, 2025: New York Attorney General Letitia James — famous for her courtroom crusade against Donald Trump — is now the one in the defendant’s chair.

Indicted on federal fraud charges by a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney in Virginia, James joins a growing list of former Biden-era officials suddenly finding out what a boomerang feels like.

Cue the collective meltdown.

🤡 Selective Outrage Olympics

Letitia James’ indictment follows a pattern. First it was James Comey. Now it’s her. And each time, Democrats cry “weaponization!” — as if we all forgot who introduced lawfare to the main stage.

Just last year, these same figures cheered while Trump faced 91 felony charges, civil fraud suits, and enough federal probes to make Nixon blush.

They called it accountability. Now they’re calling it a constitutional crisis.

Senators Durbin, Klobuchar, Warner, Mark Kelly, even NY Gov. Kathy Hochul are warning that “this is how dictators rise.” Seriously?

Did they sleep through the part where the FBI ran ops on Trump, the media laundered fake dossiers, and Big Tech memory-holed dissent?

Apparently justice only counts when it’s your side holding the handcuffs.

🪞Mirror Time: Lawfare Comes Full Circle

Democrats pushed the boundaries under Biden — raiding homes, gagging political rivals, and nuking norms with a smile.

But now that Trump is back in power — with a clear 2024 win against Kamala Harris and a mandate to dismantle the administrative state — the rules have changed again.

Not the legal ones. The narrative ones.

They set the precedent. They danced on it. And now they’re stunned someone else read the playbook.

🧠 The Real Tell? Panic.

Why the sudden moral panic from the same people who said “no one is above the law”?

Because this isn’t about Letitia James. It’s about the mirror. The precedent. The possibility that weaponized justice might be a two-way street.

And if that street runs through New York, Virginia, or wherever the next indictment lands — the same people who built the machine might want to remember: it spins both ways.

They thought it was a sword. Turns out it was a boomerang.
