Fact: Illegal aliens are getting free healthcare. You’re paying for it.
While the media screams about shutdowns and gridlock, the real question no one’s allowed to ask is this:
Why are American taxpayers footing the healthcare bill for people who aren’t supposed to be here?
This isn’t theory. It’s happening.
In 2023, California set aside $3.9 billion for illegal immigrant healthcare — under Medicaid. You read that right. A program meant for low-income Americans is now a piggy bank for those who entered illegally.
How? Simple:
- States inflate Medicaid spending.
- They jack up taxes on hospitals and nursing homes.
- Then refund that money back through bloated Medicaid payouts.
- Which qualifies them for more federal dollars — your dollars.
The result? A shell game. On paper, it looks like the state is spending more, so Washington reimburses more. In reality, the state spends almost nothing, and the feds (aka you) cover the rest.
California started it. New York followed: $2.4 billion to give full Medicaid to illegal immigrants under 65. Illinois? Coverage for every noncitizen over 42.
You didn’t vote for this. You didn’t consent. But your taxes are paying for it.
Meanwhile, Medicaid is a leaking boat
- $30 billion lost to improper payments — every year
- $1.1 trillion wasted over a decade
- Millions of people on the rolls who don’t qualify
- Insurers raking in billions for duplicate enrollments across states
And now they want to keep that spigot wide open. When Republicans passed the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” to plug the leaks, Democrats threw a tantrum. The law said:
- Stop recycling fake hospital taxes
- Tighten eligibility
- Report where the money goes
- States must pay for illegal coverage themselves
Seems fair, right?
Apparently not. The left is holding the government hostage — demanding that the loophole return.
Why? Because their real goal isn’t healthcare. It’s dependency. And votes. Expand benefits, swell the rolls, and turn every border jumper into a future constituent — all funded by the Americans they’re replacing.
Let’s do the math
Medicaid now costs $800 billion a year. That’s 15% of total federal spending. And it’s collapsing under its own weight.
Yet Democrats would rather burn the whole program down than stop using it to subsidize law-breaking noncitizens.
They don’t want to lose their golden goose that keeps their imported voters happy.
Every dollar spent on someone who broke in is a dollar stolen from someone who was born in.
And they want you to feel guilty for noticing.
This isn’t about compassion. It’s about control.
Real compassion is taking care of your own before the whole system implodes.
Instead, they’ve built an underground railroad of federal funding — not for Americans, but for the people replacing them.
The benefits are federally funded. And your silence is the only thing keeping it alive.
